RENTALS

RENTAL POLICY

Please take note of the following Terms and Conditions for our rentals.

All rentals are based on 1-DAY rental. Maximum 24 hours. Additional hours/days will be charged per day to the client.
All rentals must be returned in the container(s)/box(es) they have been rented in.
All materials are rented as is. They have been previously rented so they may have some "wear and tear" from previous usage.
All Vintage materials have "wear and tear" due to their old age. All Vintage Materials are rented as is.
All rentals must be returned in the same condition and quantities as rented. No missing materials, no stains, rips, burns, dents, breakage or other damage is accepted. Client will be charged accordingly for damage/loss. All damaged and broken materials will be returned to October Butterfly. Materials that cannot be fixed or mended will be charged at full new retail price to the customer.
Unused items will not be reimbursed.
All payments need to be completed in full prior to rental. No credit extended.

Prices are excluding TAX.
Prices do not include delivery. If client wishes delivery, delivery cost will be determined based on location and times of delivery and pick up.
A deposit is applicable for rented materials.
Clients need to present a valid local ID for renting and provide the address of the event.
All materials and prices are subject to change and based on in-house availability.
